What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are duties and taxes included in the checkout price?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the final price and are determined by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
